Monique is a Chicagoland native currently residing in San Diego. Monique has spent the last 13 years in wellness and hospitality management, with a concentration in emotional intelligent organization relations. Her greatest priorities are physical and mental health, family and friendships, and humanistic work. She is currently pursuing a degree in psychology at Southern New Hampshire University. Her ultimate career goal is to provide resources that allow others to live substantially balanced lives. “When people find balance in life, they obtain joy and peace that is irreplaceable,” she says.

Carly joined the team in April 2019, after moving to San Diego from Pennsylvania. Carly studied at Keystone College and earned a degree in Psychology. Carly’s skill of empathy and dedication earned her the promotion to Administrative Supervisor. Her passions include music, travel, and cooking; she is a self-taught multi-instrumentalist and has road tripped across the country +5 times (and does not plan to stop anytime soon).
