Community Wellness Collaborative is a San Diego-based nonprofit committed to improving access to healthcare and investing in community wellness.

The work we do at Community Wellness Collaborative is organized around three major pillars:

  1. Everyone Deserves Access to Care
    In addition to offering our healing services at an affordable Market rate with Discounts available, all proceeds from our Normal Heights facility go back into the community, as we use them to provide free services throughout San Diego County in the form of weekly community wellness events.
  2. Wholeness Requires Connection
    We believe that true healing takes a community effort. It takes all of us to make a difference: from our team, to our volunteers, to our members, to the populations we give back to.
  3. Healing from the Root Cause
    While our services can result in symptomatic relief, our team focuses on getting to the root cause of the issue. Ultimately we want to strengthen your ability to function at an optimum level of overall health. To borrow Trey Anastasio’s words, “If you can heal the symptoms, but not affect the cause, then you can’t heal the symptoms.”

For Every 3 Paid Services, We Give One Away

We offer both affordably priced services and membership packages at our Adams Ave clinic location. No matter which you choose, for every three services we do, we give one away free of charge to someone who might not otherwise be able to afford it. 

This means that whether you’re coming in for acupuncture, chiropractic, or clinical massage therapy, you’re investing both in yourself and the wellness of other San Diegans.

If you’re interested in supporting our work, there are myriad ways to get involved:

  • Sign up to be a member. Our membership model allows us to consistently give 1 free service away for every 3 paid services performed in our clinic.
  • Or just come see us for a visit. While membership allows you to invest in yourself and the community consistently, every standalone visit counts too! 
  • Explore volunteer opportunities.
  • Donate; we currently accept financial contributions and motor vehicle donations.
  • Look into our internship and apprenticeship programs and our open jobs.
  • Give us your feedback; we’re always looking to improve and your insights help us do that.
  • Connect with us on social media and tell your friends about us! Word of mouth has helped us grow over the years, and we’d love for you to help spread the message about what we do at Community Wellness Collaborative.

All for only $189 per month!

Member credits are valid for one year after issue and roll over month to month, until expiration. Memberships require 6-month commitments and then become month-to-month agreements. After the initial six-month contract period, you can cancel your membership anytime with a 7-day notice before the next billing cycle.
You are welcome to place a membership on hold for up to 2 months at a time; please note you cannot use credits on your account while it is on hold.
Although the standard membership is only valid for one adult and credits cannot be transferred, children under 12 may use their parent/guardian’s membership credits.

Family Memberships are available!

You can also upgrade an individual membership to a family membership. Add any household member and receive an additional 2 credits a month, with a total of 5 credits to share between the two of you. 

Each new person you add to your account results in 2 more credits to your account and costs an additional $125/month each.

Members may upgrade Clinical Massage Therapy “half sessions” to a Full or Plus session using multiple credits or by paying an upgrade of $25 per 30 min upgrade. Massage Only Membership is also available.
