Free Community Wellness Services
Free Community Wellness Services
Every Thursday since 2007, Community Wellness Collaborative has offered a free “integrative health night” event to the San Diego community. At off-site locations in City Heights or Southeastern San Diego, community members are able to access free wellness services like acupuncture, naturopathic medical consults, chair-based yoga, and more.
We believe everyone deserves access to wellness. =

We feel strongly that financial constraints should never keep people from accessing health and wellness services. Our volunteer practitioners partner with student interns and alumni from Pacific College of Health Sciences, Bastyr University, and OG Yoga to expand our fellow San Diegans’ access to health. To date, this program has provided over 32,000 free holistic wellness services to community members in need.
Currently, our program operates at
Queen’s Bees Arts & Cultural Center
(3925 Ohio St) from 2-6 PM every Thursday.
Chair Yoga class at 3pm provided by our friends at OG Yoga
Lottery sign-up for Acupuncture and Naturopathic Medicine services at 1:30 PM. 1st come, 1st served after that.
Please note we will be CLOSED on Thursday, November 14th for another event at Queen Bee and CLOSED again on Thursday, Nov 28th for Thanksgiving.
on Thursday, December 12th, we will once again be hosting our Free Community Wellness at:

Want to help us give back to the community?
We’re grateful for the support we receive, without which this program wouldn’t be possible. There are two ways you can help.
First, we’re always looking for folks who want to join us in giving back. If you’re a practitioner or interested in doing administrative work, please get in touch with us!
You can also bolster this work by donating. With the aid of people like you and our wonderful Adams Ave patients, we’ve been able to provide over 28,000 free holistic wellness services to underserved communities in the San Diego area—and that number continues to grow every week.
